Ingredients
- —Coconut (fresh or dried ) : 1 cup
- —Condensed milk : 1 cup ( Around 390 g)
- —Ghee or Butter : 1/4th cup.
- —Cardamom powder : 1/4th TSP ( teaspoon)
- —Saffron -threads ,dry fruit powder : Optional. (For Garnishing)
Instructions
- In a large pan, add ghee or butter and melt it on medium once done reduce the heat.
- Add the grated or desiccated coconut fresh or dry to the pan and saute it till golden brown (toast it around 5 to 7 minutes)
- Add the condensed milk to the pan, keep stirring it,till it acquires the desired thickness and consistency.
- Reduce the flame and let it cook for 10 minutes, add cardamom powder, dry fruits and mix well.
- Let it cool,add ghee or oil to your palms and shape the laddu in your desired size, Refrigerate it to make it to hold shape.
- You can store it easily for 3 to 4 days if you keep it in airtight container. Before serving refrigerate it,Garnish it with Safron or Almond .
